By accessing or using SparkleClean services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
SparkleClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of each service is outlined in your booking confirmation. Additional services may be requested at an extra charge.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a valid payment method. Payment is processed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
6. Liability
SparkleClean is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. While we take every precaution, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We recommend securing valuable items before service.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
